This group class is only on Saturday’s at 9am we do a variety of booty and leg workouts. We will be using weight and bands :) This option for the non members of Acton fitness gym.

Experience an intense one on one workout with my boxing sessions, where you'll learn proper technique and get in top shape while having fun! Learning coordination, speed and agility, and everybody’s favorite hitting mitts.

This is a session for two people to train together for an hour. Both must book at the same time slot if there are not two people. You will pay the normal $40 for a one on one session

Multiple clients training in this hour. One person will book for all parties and select the option of 2 or 3 people. When selecting 2 people the cost is $30 for each party for the session. If you book for three people it is $25 each party in the session.
